1 Do you Ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to Canada.

2 What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery for orders over $75 is free.

4 Do you accept returns?

5 Is SVC1021 a newer model than SVC1017?

Yes, our newest model is SVC1021, and it comes in Matte Black and Matte White.

6 What parts need to be replaced regularly?

None of the parts need to be replaced regularly; you can wash the stainless steel filter, the canister and the foam filters anytime you want. You can contact us at any time if you have any questions or require assistance with spare parts.

7 Where is the HEPA Filter?

Our Hepa filtration system is 3 stages. The HEPA filtration system minimizes microscopic dust particles from re-entering the atmosphere after it has entered the vacuum cleaner. The first stage is in the stainless steel filter which eliminates the larger particles. The second stage is the foam that you mentioned. The final stage is in the last three pieces at the back of the vacuum cleaner. All of the stainless steel and foam filters can be washed with water, but be sure to dry them completely before use. This HEPA filtration system has been tested to trap particles up to 0.3 microns and prevents these particles from passing through the exhaust flow.

8 Is the dust collector easily to be broken?

We have not encountered problems with the dust canisters breaking with our new models. All of the dust canisters on the models that we carry in Canada are made with PC material and can hold up to 140lbs of weight.

9 How many years will the battery last?

Each battery is tested before it is installed into the vacuum cleaner. We have done testing on the batteries. On average, after 400 charges, the battery retained 60% of its original life.

10 Once you have ejected the dust collector, how do you separate the metal part with the plastic part so that you can wash the plastic part?

The stainless steel filter can be easily removed from the plastic canister by lifting it out. The stainless steel filter and the canister can both be cleaned with water.

11 What is your warranty?

Our products come with a one-year warranty for any manufacture defects. It includes the parts and labour, but we do not cover wear and tear, water damage and accidental or intentional damage.
